Overview

We accept returns within 30 days, with no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of HSC Books.

You will be required to pay for return postage, unless the item(s) are defective.

For defective items, you should pay for return postage upfront. It will then be refunded (please provide us with proof of the postage cost for this).

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

Some items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

We require proof of purchase to consider a return. For orders made on this website, please provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then a credit will be immediately applied to your original method of payment. It may take a few days for it to appear on your statement.
