Shipping policy

Despatch

Worldwide orders are shipped the same or next working day (including Saturday). UK public holidays and Sunday are not considered working days.

Delivery expectations

Domestic (UK) orders can be expected within 2-3 working days of despatch.

International orders can be expected within 7 working days of despatch (specifically 3-5 for Europe and 6-7 for everywhere else).

Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail second class. International orders are sent via Royal Mail international standard.

VAT, taxes and duties

Customers in the UK, USA and European Union will have VAT, taxes and import duties included in the price they pay. There will be no additional fees due on arrival.

Customers in other jurisdictions may be required to pay VAT, taxes or import duties to customs when the package arrives at the destination.
