Orders

When visitors place an order on the site we will collect the data shown in the checkout form, for the purpose of processing their order only.

Email updates will be sent as the order status changes.

Reviews

When visitors leave reviews on the site we will collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help fight spam.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

• Stripe, PayPal or SumUp (depending on which payment option you select) for the purposes of processing your payment
  • We share the information you provide during the checkout (name, email address, shipping/billing address)
• Royal Mail for the purposes of sending your items to you
  • We share your name and address with Royal Mail
• MailChimp for the purposes of sending email newsletters to you
  • We share your name and email address, but only if you sign up to the newsletter

How long we retain your data

Your order and review data is kept indefinitely.

• Retaining your order data is required by law for our accounting purposes
• Keeping review data is required to fight spam reviews. A review will be deleted if you require us to remove your data

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left reviews, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
